Like always St. Bernard’s School made students go to school when most of the city’s schools closed because of “terrible” weather conditions that turned out to not be so “terrible”. Weather predictions said that there would be 8-10 inches of snow and that people should stay inside. Instead it only snowed 1/2 an inch to 1 inch, though it snowed much more outside the city. Though many students didn’t mind the snow day, Mayor de Blasio faced a lot of criticism from angry parents.

I think it was a good decision that Mr. Johnson made us have school but if the weather prediction was right it would be dangerous for the people who live far a way from the school.
