Put Your Money where your Mouth Is

Tom Leonis owner of the Washington capitals and Washington wizards, has a interesting idea, to make gambling on games legal.

Leonis sees mass opportunity in this gap of gambling. He mentions that may people say they don’t gamble, but 50% of Americans play the lottery. And 33% go into casinos. He thinks that if people are wiling to waist there money that way they’ll also gamble on games. Another comparison he made was that in the United kingdom there where more places to gamble then there are Dominoes in the U.S.

My favorite idea was that he wanted to build a bar area next to the stadium with giant glass panels looking out on the game. I agree with this idea more than online gambling because if you can access it so quickly it could be more addictive.

Honestly I don’t really care what happens but a bunch of billionaires do.
